Step 1: Initiate Your Return
If you have received a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us via email within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement. We will then send you a new item free of charge.

Before proceeding, we recommend reading our refund policy.

To start the return process, please email us with the details of your return. You will receive further instructions from us, including the return address.

We would appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for your return.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and is undamaged. Use clear tape to seal the package, and do not use duct tape.

Step 3: Label Your Package
Clearly write your address as the sender and provide our address as the recipient. Proper labeling will help us identify the return and ensure that the package does not get lost or rejected by carriers like UPS or DHL.

Upon receiving your IBAN details, your refund will be processed within 10 days, provided your return meets our conditions.

Important: Please include proof that you have returned the item to us. This can be a shipping receipt from UPS/DHL or a confirmation email from the carrier.

Step 4: Ship the Package
We recommend shipping the package with UPS or DHL, as these companies offer cost-effective solutions for returns. Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we ask for your understanding.

Note: If the item arrives damaged, improperly packaged, or does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
